What We Do
Amplify Leadership Lab offers holistic professional development for professionals at all levels working to prevent and respond to domestic and sexual violence across the nation.

Amplify is a national project of the Vermont Network and a Marcelle and Patrick Leahy Legacy Project.
Through our programs, we:
- Provide emotionally aware, skills-based training on topics such as leadership, training design and facilitation, and strategies to sustain and support yourself, colleagues, and survivors.
- Offer tailored mentoring and coaching through one-on-one sessions, group sessions, and workshops designed around each participant’s professional goals.
- Connect a diverse community of professionals with unique experiences and perspectives to learn from, support, and inspire one another—both within our programs and beyond.
When professionals in this field are equipped with practical skills, networks of support, and the emotional tools to sustain their work, they build resilience, strengthen their organizations, and help create a more powerful movement to end sexual and domestic violence.
Together, we will build a violence-free world where every person can thrive!
Our Programs and Workshops

Amplify Leadership Lab programs are designed for professionals working to prevent or respond to domestic and sexual violence across the United States and territories.
We know this work takes many forms. Even if your organization’s main focus is in another area or your role only operates at the local, state, regional, or national level, we welcome you to join us!
All programs are free or low-cost.
