Learning and leadership in service of a world where every last person thrives.
Leadership Fellowship
Through a leadership fellowship, leaders grow and learn together with community, connection, and support to explore what it means to lead with our whole selves and create change.
Purposeful Learning
We create impactful training experiences that turn knowledge into action. Learning is magnified in communities of practice, where we learn with and from one another and apply our learning together.
Innovations
We collaborate to uplift and support what’s working to uproot the causes of violence across the country.
We recently launched the Sustaining Leaders Program, which provides leaders of domestic and sexual violence organizations with access to expert technical assistance, individual and group coaching, and best practices to sustain themselves and their workforce.
This summer, we’ll be hosting a 3-part interactive learning opportunity to explore practical strategies that support connection and healing for families as well as our wellness and sustainability. Learn more here.
