Make Your Voice Heard: Title IX Comment Sign-On

The Trump Administration has issued proposed revised rules to Title IX  – the landmark legislation that is intended to provide equal educational opportunities and prevent educational discrimination on the basis of sex.  The proposed rules would be harmful to student survivors. In order to make these proposed rules legally binding, the Department of Education must go through a process known as “notice-and-comment,” which allows members of the public to voice their opinions. You can read the full text of the Department of Education proposed rule here.
