Director of Member Relations
The Vermont Network is seeking a thoughtful and strong leader to support the organizations that serve survivors across Vermont. We are looking for someone who believes in the power of non-profit organizations to make a difference in the lives of survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
In this role, you will work closely with 14 community based domestic and sexual violence organizations across Vermont, their Executive Directors and their staff to support their success. If you love organizational development, capacity building and believe in the value of “helping the helpers”, this is the role for you!
The Director of Member Relations will:
- Work to ensure that the voices of our Member Organizations deeply inform the work of the Vermont Network
- Provide resources, training, technical assistance and capacity building tools to support our Member Organizations’ success
- Provide overall leadership for the Vermont Network’s Housing Opportunity Grant Program, which funds and supports shelter and emergency housing for survivors across Vermont
Our ideal candidate is a skilled relationship builder and project manager.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a non-profit organization, ideally at a leadership level. Previous supervisory experience and experience working on issues related to domestic and/or sexual violence preferred.

Finance Director
Are you interested in using your business and finance skills to support an inspiring mission?
The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is seeking a Finance Director to help lead the finance operations of our complex, multimillion dollar non-profit organization.
The Finance Director will work with our Chief Financial Officer and finance team to maintain and grow our excellent financial operations.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Strong financial skills
- Extensive experience using computer-based financial management systems in a multi-funded organization
- Grant compliance and oversight experience
A minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or bookkeeping experience is required, 5 years or more is preferred.

Staff Attorney
The Vermont Network Legal Clinic seeks a staff attorney to provide pro bono legal advisement and representation for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting intakes
- Providing legal advice and representing clients in family in civil or other legal matters.
Candidates must be a member of the Vermont Bar and able to practice law in Vermont. Experience with family law and an understanding of domestic and sexual violence is preferred but not necessary.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position, located at our offices in Waterbury, Vermont, with some remote work options available. The Vermont Network offers a competitive salary and benefit package including a salary range of $60K – $80K, comprehensive healthcare coverage and generous time off.
The Vermont Network is a statewide non-profit organization working to create the possibility that all Vermonters can thrive. The Vermont Network Legal Clinic is comprised of three full-time attorneys and one part-time paralegal. The clinic serves approximately 500 individuals per year.
