Mission:

The Vermont Network Against Domestic and Sexual Violence is a feminist organization committed to eradicating domestic and sexual violence through advocacy, empowerment and social change.

Philosophy:

We believe that all human beings are of equal value, all forms of oppression are connected and unacceptable, everyone has a right to be safe, it is the responsibility of the community to ensure the safety of all its members, and that everyone should have a voice.

We are a victim/ survivor centered feminist organization which is part of a movement. We value and support each victim/ survivors' right to self determination and choice. We welcome, value and seek others; involvement in this work.

We work to change society to end sexual and domestic violence in our world, empower victims/ survivors', enhance victim/ survivor safety, enhance offender accountability, and raise awareness about sexual and domestic violence.
