Predatory Drugs

Predatory drugs – such as GHB, Rohypnol or “roofies”, and Ketamine – are tasteless, odorless, colorless drugs that can be slipped into a drink.  These drugs quickly intoxicate the victim and make her or him extremely vulnerable to sexual assault, robbery, and other crimes.  Most of these drugs also cause a blackout, so the victim may wake up the next morning with no memory of what happened to them or whom they were with.

If you suspect you have been drugged, call the sexual violence hotline for help.

1-800-489-7273.

In an effort to raise awareness the Network has collaborated with the VT Department of Liquor Control to create these posters below. If you would like some to put up in your area contact bethany@vtnetwork.org
